Health and Physical Fitness
We have many options for our community and students to take advantage of. We have classes that offer elective credit with many one-credit opportunities as well as recreational non-credit classes.
All currently enrolled JC students can take advantage of our open gym basketball, and our indoor running track with no additional charge.
Students wishing to use our state of the art Strength and Conditioning Center will simply need to be enrolled in any HPF class or LTL activity course.
Our Lifetime Learning (LTL) classes are especially designed to accommodate students and community members that are interested in our classes and facility, but do not need academic credit. These classes are only $90.00 per semester for anyone, and $73.50 per semester for seniors over the age of 65.

If you are enrolled in any HPF class or LTL activity course you can drop in on any other activity class in the Fieldhouse free of additional charge.
